To tell the truth I have no idea where it came from for sure but I think it came from RSVP in Roanoke.
It looks hand made so I am not sure. It was in their box and the lady that sent it works there. With some imagination you could probably duplicate it with switch cover, picture, glue and lacquer. Good luck and Happy New Year.
