Parkway Note Cards

You can start with this one, then click through to number six. Clicking the X at the top of the screen will carry you to the front page and thumbnails for the Parkway Cards gallery. Placing your cursor on each image will remind you of the title of the image.

I’m ready to have another set of note cards printed, five to a set, like last time. Trouble is, I have six images in the folder, and one of them has to go. Can you help me decide?

Deselect ONE, and email or send a comment with your choice, and thanks in advance for your contribution!

And if want to be put on the list for first orders, be sure your email is in your comment, or send me that info to my email addy. Cost will be $10 per set plus $1 postage set, ten cards and envelops. Each card will include the caption text you see in the gallery (or something similar). More, soon.

  1. Beautiful shots! I guess deselect the church one, tho all are fine.

A grammar note – on the Pilot Mtn shot caption: “Aint Bee lived our out TVs back when”. I realize the Aint is just a local accent thang for Aunt, but not sure about “lived our out TVs”?

Sorry, I do proofreading as part of my job.

Love your pictures and prose! Too bad about the Blooker contest, just too many good books out there, I guess.

  2. FRED: ALL OF THE PHOTOS ARE GREAT. I CAN’T DESELECT ONE. CAN’T YOU INCORPORATE THE EXTRA PHOTO INTO THE CONTAINER, OR THE ENVELOPES, OR SOMETHING?? THE PHOTOS ARE WONDERFUL. TOO HARD OF A CHOICE.

I HOPE YOU,ANN AND TSUGA ARE DOING WELL.

  3. Of course, all of the photos are beautiful, but if I had to deselect one it would be the Pilot Mountain shot.

  4. I wavered back and forth between Mabry and Mt. Pilot. In the end I think I would have to de-select Mt. Pilot. But then I have always had a soft spot for Mountain Churches…

  5. Oh, and btw, I enjoyed seeing these in a larger format than the banner at the top of the web-page…

  6. garsh, fred! i can’t select one…they are all great! mabry mill should probably stay as it’s such a landmark. maybe what susan said b/c most people want pictures of the views, instead of buildings.
