What other party?

Admit it. It's unpleasant to think about. But your children could be democrats. It's not too late. Garrison Keillor has come around, your precious children could too. It's the post-political age and We're all Republicans now. To resist is futile. Kids basically ARE Republicans. Get over it. Be on the winning side. Convert today.

Having voted Replublican, Democratic, Libertarian, Independent, Non-partisan, and probably a few other isms, I believe that Garrison Keillor is the one for whom I've voted the most often--by tuning him in. He helped me through the yard work last evening (and that included, "We're All Republicans Now") There is much wisdom in Mr. Keillor's monologs, jokes, and songs.

I find him a little cranky and venomous lately. His homilies are a little too preachy...I listen for music and humor not political commentary. I find I often tune his monologs out if he goes off into what is wrong with the country according to G.K.

The albino walleye/mermaid bit was LOL funny...you know where he's going but it's just so much fun to take the journey through the switchbacks.
