Someplace Cool and Green

Someplace Cool and Green and Shady This is the old milldam on Goose Creek, about a quarter mile before it flows together with Bottom Creek to form the South Fork of the Roanoke River. I combined pleasure with business (feeding a friends rabbits and chickens) this morning, and took the camera along. There is beauty at every turn, if we turn our eyes to it. |
